ABOUT
Your Authentic Self, LLC was created in 2020 by Professional Life Coach Lauren Lesch. Lauren has 12+ years of experience in Education and Coaching. She grew up in Philadelphia, PA and currently lives in West Chester, PA with her young daughter. She loves to coach, teach, dance, and is always finding new ways to stay mentally and physically healthy. She has a passion for connecting with people and living in the growth mindset. Through Your Authentic Self, LLC, Lauren strives to help others identify their passions and pursue their dreams. She believes in the empowerment of discovering and preserving your most authentic self.

All Sessions and Packages are Prepaid
1st session $100/60 minutes
Subsequent sessions: $125/60 minutes
